Our Story
Built from personal experience.Inspired by the life and accidental death of his older brother, Randy, Mike Helmer founded Randy’s House in April 2016 with a vision of creating multiple pathways to recovery for people with substance use disorders.
Since then, Randy’s House has grown into a highly personalized and inclusive recovery community, providing housing, peer support, recovery coaching, harm reduction services, and connections to resources throughout West Michigan.

WHAT IS RANDY’S HOUSE?
We are level 3 housing, which is classified as prevention, not treatment. We have housing in the Greenville and Newaygo areas for both men and women. We offer recovery coaching, in-house IOP, peer support recovery services, multiple pathways, and direct connection to community resources.
Volunteer Work
We believe that a connection with the community is vital for sustained recovery. All of our residents are required to volunteer a set amount of hours per week. We are always eager for new volunteering opportunities! If you are an organization in need of volunteers, please feel free to contact us.
